Goffredo degli Esposti is an umbrian musician specialized in traditional and folk wind instruments.

Graduated in flute and sweet flute, and specialized in transverse flute, he attended music lessons with important artists like Susan Milan, Andras Adorjan, Gustav Sheck, Mario Ancillotti, Bartold Kuijken, René Clemencic, and medieval music lessons at Centro Studi dell’Ars Nova Italiana of Certaldo.
He started making concerts in 1980, he is co-founder of the ENSEMBLE MICROLOGUS, and he made concerts both in Italy and abroad (Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgio, Brasile, Bulgaria, Canada, Danimarca, Estonia, Francia, Germania, Giappone, Gran Bretagna, Grecia, Marocco, Messico, Olanda, Polonia, Portogallo, Repubblica Ceca, Russia, Spagna, Svizzera, Slovenia, Ungheria, USA), playing in the main ancient music festivals.

Also, he made some records, worked for the radio, and used to produce music for theatre and cinema.
Thanks to his enthusiasm and his ability of playing various instruments of the mediterranean tradition, like straight flutes and bagpipes, he had a lot of musical experiences, cooperating with Fratelli Mancuso, Ambrogio Sparagna, Giovanna Marini, Sonidumbra, the “Tamburi del Vesuvio” of Nando Citarella, Tetraktis Percussioni, Daniele Sepe, Vinicio Capossela, Heloise Combes.

Now he is working at various projects like teaching music in various schools of Europe and recording CDs.
